General Door Solutions INC offers to its customers a 30 day limited warranty for labor. And up to one year for parts (situational circumstances may vary depending on what kind of part it is). Please note that General Door Solutions INC does not cover weather damage, abuse to the door, damage caused by animals, or an attempted break-in. General Door Solutions INC has the right to decline such warranty if it is apparent that any of these factors were in effect. This will solely be based upon the discretion of General Door Solutions INC. General Door Solutions INC strongly advises that you reach out in a timely manner if an aspect of the door is failed or failing and that you do not attempt to fix yourself. This will also void any warranty and will be the on-site techs discretion to deny a warranty of it appears someone had attempted to fix it.
If applicable, the client will be responsible for removal and installation of any and all alarm contacts on the opening. It is recommended that the client has a alarm company that can relocate alarm contacts if needed. General Door Solutions INC will inform client if this is required upon site visit, prior to work being performed.
